Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for NEURAPIC engagements.

Cancellations

You may cancel a project at any time in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable.

Advance payments are refundable pro-rata based on unbilled work. Custom, delivered work is non-refundable once accepted.

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds outlined in the scope; additional revisions are billed at standard rates.
